Lifestyle Workshop - New Year Kickstarter Tues 28th Feb 10am-4pm SOLD OUT
2017 has arrived with a bang. If you are keen to make changes to the patterns that shape your home and work life, then this New Year Kickstarter course is for you.
This day long workshop is geared toward getting your New Year resolutions back on track. We will focus on effective goal setting, behavioural barriers, and strategies to help you manage your goals over the long term.
The workshop is presented by Dr Megan Oaten of Behave Yourself. Behave Yourself are a team of behavioural scientists who use scientific methods to improve individual health and wellbeing. The workshop includes a variety of awareness and education activities across a range of lifestyle dimensions to allow individuals to personalise their programs. All participants receive workshop notes.
